Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Statement2CSV (the "Service"), operated by AgentStack Media. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service extracts transaction tables from text-based PDF statements you choose and converts them to CSV inside your browser. It does not upload or store your files (see our Privacy Policy). Scanned or image-only PDFs and some layouts are not supported.

2. Verify your output

Automated conversion can be wrong. The Service checks extracted rows against the balances printed on the statement and blocks the paid download when they don't reconcile, but a passing check does not guarantee every date, description, or amount is correct. You are responsible for checking the CSV against your original statement before relying on it for tax filing, accounting, bookkeeping, lending, legal, or any other purpose. The Service is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

3. Your files and rights

Only convert statements you own or are authorized to use. You keep all rights to your files and output. We claim no rights to them and never receive them.

4. Payments, subscriptions, refunds

• Single-file download: $2.99 per statement. Monthly plan: $12 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time; it ends at the end of the current billing period.
• If a paid conversion is materially wrong or unusable, contact [support@your-domain] within 14 days for a refund.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully, try to disrupt it, circumvent payment, or resell it without permission.

6. No affiliation; trademarks

Statement2CSV is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, credit union, or financial institution. Any institution names belong to their owners and appear only to describe compatibility.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTSTACK MEDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; continued use means you accept the changes.
